← Ibex Tribe

Your information, explained.

Updated September 19, 2026. This notice describes the Ibex Tribe public website operated by Ibex Associates.

Exploring the website

Your selected interests, answers and contact details stay in the current page’s memory unless you choose to share them. Refreshing or closing the page can clear them. This website does not currently send those selections to a marketing analytics system or create a portal account.

Address and property information

We share your address search with an address data provider to suggest matches. When you confirm an address, we request available property records. To display a street photo, we share the selected location with an imagery provider. These service providers process requests under their own privacy policies. Records and photos may be incomplete or outdated.

Contacting us

“Email my summary” opens your email app with your selected information. You decide whether to send it. Copies you send become part of our agency correspondence. Calling uses your device’s phone service. Please do not include Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers in an initial inquiry.

Policy documents

Public PDF submission is not currently enabled. If invitation-only intake is enabled, the submission screen explains document processing and asks your permission before anything is uploaded. Automated extraction is preliminary and requires advisor review. Do not send documents that you are not authorized to share.

Technical requests

Our hosting, font, address and imagery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver their services. We have not added advertising cookies, session replay or a marketing tracking platform. Separate provider services have their own retention practices.

Your questions and choices

You can explore examples without supplying an address or contacting us. To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, email Ibex Associates or call (402) 234-8421. Records may need to be retained for servicing and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
